hear 和 listen的區別

hear 和 listen都是動詞

hear用在當聲音不經意的傳到你的耳朵裡 ．
例１：I hear a strange noise coming from next door.我聽到隔壁有怪聲．
例２：I hear the bird singing outside. 我聽到小鳥在外面唱歌．
例３：Can you hear me? 你聽得到我說話嗎？（可用於二個朋友用手機對話時）

listen則是用在專注的聽
例１：I was listening to the radio last night. 我昨晚在聽廣播．
例２：I was listening to some music when you called me. 你打電話給我時，我正在聽（專心）音樂．
例３： A: What are you doing? 你在做什麼？ B: I'm listening to a new CD.我正在聽一個新專輯．
例４：I'm listening to my English teacher's explanation about verb tenses. 我正在聽英文老師講解動詞時態．
例５：I always listen to my parents' advice. 我總是聽從父母的建議．

．單字延伸：overhear(v) 偶然聽到
　例：I accidentally overheard what they were saying. 我不小心聽到他們講的話．

．單字延伸：eavesdrop(v)竊聽
　eaves是屋簷的意思，站在屋簷聽人家說話就變成偷聽了；eavsedrop加per--> eavesdropper意思是竊聽者．

學英文的祕訣

很多學生都問我有沒有短期能學好英文的方法，（一般學生希望的就是口語進步）
我的回答是：有方法可以在短期內進步，但是要把時間空出來給”英文”而不是中文，
這裡是一些方法跟大家分享

1. 沈浸在英文環境中：看洋片，影片，聽ICRT，一面看，一面學習句子的講法．
2. 專心傾聽：注意聽老師或是老外講話的音調，發音的方法及語調，聽老外講話時，專心聽它的結尾音怎麼發，然後去模仿
3. 模仿：模仿老外的發音音調，除了專心傾聽外，更要模仿老外的音調．英文跟中文不一樣的地方就是口腔的發音部位不同，透過模仿可以漸漸習慣舌頭放的位置，及敢於將不同的腔調發出來．

4. 監控：將自己的發音錄下來，然後問自己是不是將這個字的發音講對，將自己的發音與外國發音比較，是不是有改進的空間？

5. 校正：問老師是否自己發音正確，或者找一位老外老師，問他這個字怎麼唸．將自己的發音腔調以此方法漸漸的改正到正確的腔調

其實我在美國時，也是透過這樣的方法學習的，老外的腔調是與中文很不同的，我們要像唱歌一樣把英文句子的do ra mi音發出來，剛學時，不要找太難的教材，那樣會造成挫折感；我鼓勵學生不要給自己太大壓力，像是強迫自己短期內進步這樣太高的期望，其實很容易造成因為達不到而完全放棄．那麼以前學的就前功盡棄了．
只要每天給自己一小時的時間學英文，不要間斷，一年下來，一定有所進步的．

學習方法：
１．請先不看翻譯，播放影片一次．
２．請再看影片一次，這次看翻譯
３．將不會的單字查字典後，再播放影片一次，試試自己的聽力有否進步．
４．二天之後，再依上述方法練習一次，直到熟悉對白為止



3 rules in life~how can i be a warrior for my happiness.
rule number 1: don't believe me, but learn to listen.
法則1：不要相信我，但試著聆聽

because when i am telling you, it's just a story. it's a point of view how i see life, and it's true just for me. but if you learn to listen, you will understand what i try to communicate. then don't believe but learn to listen.
因為當我告訴你一件事時，它只是一個故事，一個我對人生的看法，這個看法對我來說是一件事實，但對你就不一定，但是如果你試著聆聽，你會了解我想溝通的重點是什麼．

rule number 2: don't believe yourself
法則２：不要相信你自己

your head is talking all the time. it's like a wide horse, that it's taking you anywhere everywhere. if you don't learn how to take the horse, the horse will take you wherever the horse wants to. then don't believe yourself but learn to listen. what you have in your head.
你的頭腦一直都在說話，它就像匹野馬，如果你不學著控它的話，它會帶你到任何它想去的地方，跟第一個法則一樣，別相信你自己，但試著傾聽你頭腦裡的東西．

rule number 3: don't believe anybody else, exactly for the same reason.
法則３：別相信任何人除了上述所提到的理由．

whatever they tell you, it's true only for them. it's way how they express experience that they have in life. but if you learn to listen you will see that in between all those lies, the true is coming. you will be able to perceive all that true. if you don't believe yourself, if you don't believe anybody else, you don't believe me. although those lies will not survive, but the true will survive. believe it or not, the sun will be in the sky every single day. you don't need to believe in the true in order for the true to success.

不管別人跟你說什麼，這些故事只他們有效．因為這是他們表達人生經歷所用的方法，但如果你試著傾聽，你會發現其中的謊言，然後真相就會脫穎而出．你將能察覺所有的真相．如果你不相信自己，也不會相信任何人，更不相信我的時候，這些謊言就沒法生存，而真相就能存在，不管你相不相信，太陽仍會每天高掛天上，你不需要特意去相信它來維持一個真相．
